Staff Profiles
The Partners
Paul Campbell and Peter Diver are both Fellows of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Paul and Peter began their accountancy careers qualifying with Tenon a top 10 practice in the UK. Paul was Director of Audit dealing with all aspects of owner managed businesses and corporate advisory work, handling a number of large property clients. Peter was a business advisor to a number of clients advising on accounts, taxation whilst specialising in Corporate Finance including acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, MBI's, fund raising and re-organisations.
Together, they have ran Hardy & Company a long established practice for over 10 years managing the transition to their new refurbished premises in 2016, which is just a stone's throw from their original offices.
Their personal lives have been mirrored in the same way as their professional lives with both Paul and Peter being married with two young daughters each. In addition, they are both football fans with Paul being a keen runner and Peter enjoying a round of golf and going to the gym.
Andrew Evans

B.A. (Hons) Accountancy
Experience & specialisms:
Andrew joined Hardy and Company in 1991 after completing his degree. Trained by Hardy and Company, he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994. Originally trained as an accountant and auditor, he found an affinity with tax and, moving gradually towards this subject, became head of the tax department in 1997.
Outside Work:
Andrew is an avid supporter of Everton Football Club. Consequently, he makes regular, often depressing, visits to Goodison Park. He also has other more esoteric interests which are best not mentioned.
John Davies

Audit Manager

Experience & specialisms:
John has been in Practice for nearly 20 years looking after a wide range of owner managed businesses in various sectors such as manufacturing and property. John has an involvement in compliance within the practice, implementing new accounting changes ensuring we are up to date technically.
Outside Work:
John is married with two young children which take up a lot of his free time. John is a keen boxing and football fan and enjoys computing and going to the cinema.
Angela Hunt

Experience & specialisms:
Angela has worked in practice for nearly 30 years and has recently joined Hardy and Co. She has experience on a range of accountancy and audit clients but specialises in owner managed businesses. She has also vast experience preparing audits for solicitor clients using the solicitor accounts rules.
Outside Work:
Angela is married with a young daughter. Her interest include travel, cinema, swimming, supporting Manchester united and spending quality time with her family and friends.
